The customer must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to
sending the equipment for service or evaluation. Please provide the required information
and contact the T&C Customer Support Representative via phone or email for an RMA
number. Notice: Equipment sent to T&C Power Conversion, Inc. without an RMA number,
at our option will be received and held until the proper information is received. Once
you obtain an RMA number, please include the RMA number on the outside of the shipping
container.
Information required in obtaining an RMA number;
- Customers Name and Telephone Number
- Ship to and Bill to Information
- Model Number and Serial Number
- Failure Symptom
- Identify Preferred Repair Facility
- Non-warranty repairs require customers to pay for shipment
using a valid UPS, Fed Ex or DHL account number or pre-pay & add for return
shipments.
- Returns due to shipping damage must provide the following information:
- Copy of Shipper Damage Claim (Obtained from Shipper)
- Digital Photos of Damage to shipping carton and equipment
- Customer Receiving Report (Domestic Returns):
All equipment shipped to the factory will be at customer expense. With
RMA number obtained, all equipment that is regarded as warranty repair
will be shipped back via UPS Ground Service at T&C expense. Nonwarranty
repairs require customers to pay for shipment using a valid UPS,
Fed Ex, or DHL account number or pre-pay & add for return shipments.

All equipment returned to the factory will be at customer expense. With
RMA number obtained, all equipment that is regarded as warranty repair
will be shipped back at T&C expense. Non-warranty repairs require customers
