Plasma Systems - This group consists of RF Power Supplies and Generators that may be specified with one of the following operating frequencies: 40 kHz, 80 kHz, 380 kHz, 450 kHz, 2 MHz, 13.56 MHz, 27.12 MHz, 40.68 MHz. Dedicated for laboratory and industrial application. Application includes Etch, Deposition, Ashing, Sputtering, Cleaning, Medical Sterilization, Ultrasonic Cleaning.

Power range from 100 Watts to more than 1200 Watts. Custom models possible for 2kW and 3 kW. Accurate Power level control, RF Pulse Mode (Burst), Blanking and external RF input for phase synchronization are standard features. With RF Power Supplies designed for simplicity, size and value we have again set the standard for robust industrial process equipment. This group includes ATN matching networks operating at 13.56 MHz and LF Impedance Matching Transformers, SUT's.

AG Amplifiers - Advanced RF concepts for general Ultrasonic, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Laboratory applications in 0.01 to 20 MHz. Amplifier and Generator in one package! Generator operation based on built-in DDS integrated circuit. Full control of product parameters manually or through Analog and RS232 ports. Each product supported by Graphic User Interface software for PC based computers. Standard features include RF pulsing (Burst) and sweep.

LA Amplifiers - Broadband Linear, mainly A-class amplifiers for Ultrasonics and Laboratory application in 0.1 to 1000 MHz. Power level from 5 Watts to 50 Watts.

New AG 1010-2HF RF Generator and the New AG 1012-13 RF Generators targeted for the Plasma Drop-in Replacement Market now available to replace the obsolete ENI PL2-HF Generators and OEM12B Generators.
