T&C Power Conversion is a recognized supplier of industrial solid state RF Power Systems, producing a range of models that cover a broad spectrum of RF applications. With power outputs from a few watts up to greater than 4 kilowatts and frequencies ranging from less than 10 kHz to more than 1 GHz, T&C has the solution to many RF power applications. Our amplifiers and generators are ideal for applications in Ultrasonics, MRI and NMR, Spectroscopy, broadcast communications, EMC testing, thin film deposition, CVD, PVD, gas plasma generation and general laboratory use.

THE PRODUCT

  • AG amplifiers and Generators. Advanced RF concepts for Ultrasonic, Laboratory applications in 0.01 to 20 MHz. Amplifier and generator in one package! Generator operation based on built-in DDS integrated circuit. Full control of product parameters manually or through Analog and RS232 ports. Each product supported by Graphic User Interface software for PC based computers. Standard features include internal pulsing and sweep.
  • Plasma Products. This group consists of 13.56 MHz, AG series generators and ATN matching networks. Designed for laboratory and industrial application. Power range from 300 Watts to more than 2000 Watts. Frequency of operation from 13.3 MHz to 13.8 MHz. Power control, Pulse Mode and external RF input for phase synchronization are standard features.
    With our new series of RF Power Supplies designed for simplicity, size and value we have again set the standard for robust industrial process equipment.
  • HV Generators. LF High Voltage Generator for plasma applications. Perfect device for cyanogen production testing in the incandescent lamp industry. The only product that we know of, for laboratory or process applications, where a high voltage source of RF is required.
  • LA amplifiers. Broadband Linear, mainly A-class amplifiers for Ultrasonics and Laboratory applications in 0.1 to 1000 MHz. Power level from 5 Watts to 50 Watts.
  • RF Special Products. T&C offers application specific accessories like step-up and step-down impedance transformers, couplers and filters. FM Band amplifiers, transmitters and transmitting systems are also available.
  • Special Amplifiers. We have designed a few products that are application specific. If you have a special requirement, please send your specification for our staff to review.
