QUOTATIONS
To obtain a quotation on goods and services, simply contact
us. A firm quotation, normally valid for 60 days, will be provided.
TERMS OF SALE
Our standard terms for payment are net 15 days for rated
accounts. In lieu of established credit with T&C, shipments will
be made COD or on receipt of cash in advance.
EXPORT CONTROL
As required
by the U.S. Department of Commerce Regulations, specific
information regarding the purpose for which the T&C Power Conversion
product will be used must accompany the order.

To be sure
the product to be delivered meets your exact requirements,
specify the model number and product description on your
purchase order. Specifications
are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING
All T&C Power Conversion products are shipped FOB from
Rochester, New York, U.S.A. Ground transportation, convenient
to your location, will normally be used by T&C Power Conversion.
If you require faster delivery, we can ship via airfreight
to your specific requirements. Unless otherwise noted, all
shipments will be freight collect.

WARRANTY
T&C Power Conversion warrants to the original purchaser for a
period of one year from the date of delivery each instrument to be
free from defects in materials and workmanship. For a period of one
year, T&C will adjust, repair or replace defective parts, without
charge to the original purchaser, so that the instrument performs according
to its specification.
If, in our opinion, the instrument has been damaged by accident, unreasonable
use, buyer-supplied software, unendorsed interfacing, improper site preparation
or maintenance, or abnormal conditions of operation, repairs will be billed
at standard rates. In this case, an estimate will be submitted before the work
is started.
We continually look for ways to enhance our product and increase our product's
suitability for new and existing applications. As we discover methods to do
so through new and changing technology and concepts, we modify products to
reflect these advances.
T&C would be pleased to upgrade older units so that they reflect recent
improvements. The fee for upgrading a unit will be a percentage of the current
list price, based on the age and revision level of the unit. Such an upgrade
will carry a 6-month warranty.
